Tribeca High Rise
For our Tribeca High Rise, SJA reimagined the interior space of a contemporary high-rise apartment in Tribeca. To personalize the space for our client and to give it greater functionality, SJA created custom furniture pieces, such as seating areas and a dry bar, which work both as sculptural objects and as discreet storage. We also added a new room to the floor’s footprint by inserting a floor-to-ceiling wall of windows near the main entryway, allowing the space to take on a range of configurations. We customized fixtures and finishes to transform what had once been an off-the-shelf apartment into an environment reflective of our client's tastes.
