Hoboken Connect

SJA was tasked with designing a sales office combined with a construction office for a new tower in Hoboken, New Jersey. The office tower – which has unobstructed New York City views from the George Washington Bridge to the World Trade Center – is part of an initiative, Hoboken Connect, aimed at revitalizing the area around the Hoboken Terminal.

The project’s design embraces the skyline views. Contemporary furnishings dot an open-concept space, which allows workers free range to exchange ideas and socialize. A notable element in the architectural scope was to design a virtual reality room, created to offer an immersive and interactive experience for presentations. Through strategic and cost-efficient design, SJA transformed this space into a sophisticated, design-forward environment.
