Duplex Redesign

For this Duplex apartment in Fort Greene, SJA reorganized layout and resized rooms in order to accommodate the programmatic needs for this young family. In the primary suite, we cut the original bedroom size in half in order to accommodate a larger bathroom and sizable walk-in closet. Working with Reform on the closets allowed us to customize the storage options and provides a cool, contemporary feel to the room. The bathroom continues upon this sleek and minimalist aesthetic, and is flooded with natural light from an updated skylight. Outside, we created a small desk area for a work from home option.
